Because Miesha Hub LLC provides digital social media template products and related digital services through Creator Lift Content Studio, our refund policy is designed to be fair while recognizing that digital access or delivery may begin soon after a business order is placed.
Business Purchases
All products are offered for business, commercial and professional use only. They are not sold to individual consumers for personal, family or household use. The purchasing representative is responsible for confirming company authority and product suitability before ordering.
Refund Requests
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at [email protected] with the business name, order number, work email address used at checkout and the reason for your request.
When a Refund May Be Approved
A refund may be approved if the order has not yet been delivered or started, the purchased digital product or service was not delivered as described, or a technical issue prevents delivery and we are unable to resolve it.
When a Refund May Be Limited or Denied
Refunds may be limited or denied when digital files or access have already been provided and used, included work has been completed, the request is based on a change of mind after delivery or work has started, or the business provided incomplete, incorrect, unsupported or prohibited information or requirements.
Partial Refunds
If service work has already started but has not been fully completed, a partial refund may be considered depending on the amount of work already performed, digital access already provided and the product or package purchased.
Digital Product Returns
Digital products and services cannot be physically returned. If there is an issue with an order, we may offer troubleshooting, corrected access or delivery, support within the original scope, a partial refund or another reasonable solution.
Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider or payment processor.
